GROUNDING STATION

Atlantis was designed to withstand substantial lightning strikes; there are hundreds of lightning rods placed throughout the city to draw the energy away from damaging the hull of Atlantis.

These lightning rods channel the energy they collect into four main grounding stations located in various places across the city. The grounding stations are capable of being disabled to allow the energy to be redirected to other places.

There is a console at each grounding station, that can allow the grounding rods to be un-coupled. A code is entered by turning a dial to a corresponding number.

The code for disabling the grounding stations is: 031547.

There is a foreroom before the Station Area with two access doors either side.
This room also houses a crystal structure most likely some kind of power relay device.
